FAQ

Questions people ask before they book

I feel mostly fine after my accident. Should I still come in?

Yes. Whiplash symptoms often start days later, and an exam early on gives you both a diagnosis and a dated record. If nothing is wrong, you will be told that too.

Who pays for accident care?

It depends on your coverage, and we sort that out before treatment starts. We accept Medicare, workers’ compensation, auto accident claims, and self-pay with a payment plan built around what you can afford. Call and we’ll check what your insurance covers.

Do I need a referral from my doctor or attorney?

No. You can book directly. If you already have an attorney, we will send records where you ask us to.

Does an adjustment hurt?

Usually not. Injured tissue can be tender, so the first visits are often gentler and slower than what you may have seen elsewhere.

How long will I need care?

You get an expected timeline at the first visit and re-checks along the way. If you are not improving as planned, the plan changes or you get referred.

Do you see kids and pregnant patients?

Yes — that is a large part of the practice. Chiropractic care for the whole family, not just accident injuries.
